How Does Licensing Work?
Licensing a Q’STRAINT Training Course is simple and collaborative. After submitting the request form, you’ll receive our Annual Licensing Agreement outlining terms, conditions, and pricing.
Once the agreement is returned, we’ll work directly with your LMS administrator to provide course files and support a smooth setup in your system.
All agreements share a common annual expiration date to simplify renewals.
How Does Pricing Work?
Our licensing model is designed to be an economical training option for organizations training at scale. Pricing is based on your estimated number of learners per year and annual renewals are a simply a one-time fee each year.
What if I train more students than expected during the term of the license?
We never want anyone to miss critical training due to an underestimated learner count.
There are no overage charges if your organization exceeds its projected number of users. At renewal, your agreement can be adjusted to better reflect your actual training volume.
Can I license more than one course?
Absolutely. And licensing multiple courses does not increase your cost on its own, as pricing is based on the total number of unique learners across all courses.
For example, if 100 learners take Securement 101, you are billed for 100 learners. If those same 100 learners take both Securement 101 and 102, you are still billed for 100 learners. If 100 learners take Securement 101 and an additional 25 supervisors take Securement 102, you would be billed for 125 total learners.
