Wrong Name on Certificate
If your name (or your student’s name) is misspelled or incorrect on their certificate, it can be easily fixed.
Team Student or Solo Student
If you are a Team Student or Solo Student and need to fix the name on your certificate, you can edit your name on the ‘Edit Account’ page.
Hover over the ‘Account icon’ in the main menu and select ‘Edit Account’. The first section will show your name as it will appear on your certificate. Edit and save changes.
Since certificate links are automatically generated, the certificate will now show the corrected name.
💡 Tip: You can actually tweak your certificate name to be different from your account name. For example, William Smith may prefer Bill Smith on their certificate.
Team Leaders
If you are a Team Leader and have a student whose name is misspelled or incorrect on their certificate, you can fix this in the User Management Table.
Click the ‘Edit Student’ icon and make any necessary changes to the student’s name.
Since certificate links are automatically generated, the certificate will now show the corrected name.
