Student System Emails
Team students will receive a few different types of emails.
Course Invitation Emails
When enrolling a student to your team, the student will receive an invitation email inviting them to start the course. That being said, there are a few permutations of this email:
- A NEW student (a user who has never had an AQademy account before) will receive and invitation email that will include their login password.
- An EXISTING student (a user who already has an AQademy account) will receive and invitation email but NOT a new login password. This student will need to use their origianl account password, reset their password or use the Magic Login.
- If you enrolled a student WITHOUT an EMAIL– the invitation email (and all emails) will be sent to the Team Leader.
Certificate Emails
Every student should receive an email with a direct link to their certificate. The only exception to this is if the student was registered without an email, then the certificate will be emailed to the Team Leader. See Students Without Email for more information.
